1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between the atm88 platform and its users. Definitions of some key terms used in this document are provided below:

• "Platform" refers to atm88's website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has created or is attempting to create an account on atm88.
• "Account" refers to each user's personal registered profile.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

• Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found, they will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

atm88 reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration. If the necessary documents for verification are not provided, the account may be restricted or suspended.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following payment methods are currently active on the atm88 platform: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 1 hour.
• The same method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Depositing funds from a third-party account is strictly prohibited. If detected, the transaction will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the account has not been verified.

atm88 ensures security by using SSL encryption on every transaction. We reserve the right to suspend a transaction if suspicious financial activity is detected.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

atm88 offers a welcome bonus for new members. The following terms apply to receiving and using bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
• Wagering Requirement: You must wager 25 times the bonus amount. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, and after completing bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000, your bonus winnings will be withdrawable.
• The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the original deposited funds.
• Bonuses may have a set time limit; if not used within the allotted time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on the offer page.
• Misusing bonus offers or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account termination and forfeiture of bonuses.
• atm88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

atm88 offers a four-tier VIP program for regular members. Weekly cashback is provided at different rates for each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Users may be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on regular activity. The cashback amount and payment schedule are determined according to the terms of each tier. atm88 reserves the right to modify VIP program terms and advance notice will be given in the event of any changes.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to placing bets and playing games on the atm88 platform:

• Each game or event has its own rules, which are detailed on the relevant game page.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error or system failure, atm88 will arrange to refund the bets placed in that round.
• Maintaining fair play is mandatory. The use of any automation software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion or team play (where multiple accounts work together toward the same goal) is strictly prohibited.
• atm88 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet.
• Game outcomes are determined through RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer methods, and are conducted in accordance with fair play principles.

7 Prohibited Activities & Account Closure

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Opening an account with a false identity or false information.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Misuse of bonus offers or bonus arbitrage.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems or software.
• Misconduct or harassment toward other users.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.

If such activities are detected, atm88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance without prior notice. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy
